Based on the years of experience in the prosecution system, the author considers preliminary investigation and the peculiarities of inquiries and preliminary investigations, which are its constituent parts, the authority of inquiry and preliminary investigation bodies, and the general conditions of conducting preliminary investigation. For the first time, all investigation actions, carried out in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia on criminal proceedings in pre-production, are presented in a single system, while the compiled procedural documents are classified according to certain criteria.
An integral part of work is the enclosed CD having no precedent in the Armenian law. The second part of the book and the CD compile and present about 200 exemplary samples of procedural documents envisaged by the RA Criminal Procedure Code, created for a criminal case during pre-trial proceedings, with which the body conducting the criminal proceedings deals.
The work is intended for employees of preliminary investigation and inquiry bodies, prosecutors, judges and lawyers. It may be useful for scholars in law, graduate students, law professors and students in higher education.
